French Beef Yakitori

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g of French minced veal 600克剁碎的法國小牛肉

  • 4 slices Emmental cheese 4片艾民頓芝士

  • 6 tbsp. soy sauce 6勺醬油

  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds 2勺烤芝麻

  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil 2勺芝麻油

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper 食鹽同現磨胡椒粉

PREPARATION

  • Step 1


    Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).


    預熱烤箱至180攝氏度(thermostat 6)。


  • Step 2


    Season the minced veal with salt and pepper, mix well, form 24 small meatballs and assemble 8 skewers of 3 meatballs each.


    用鹽同胡椒粉調味剁碎的小牛肉,攪拌均勻後製成24粒肉丸,3粒一串,共8串。


  • Step 3


    Put the 8 skewers in a dish, cover each with half a slice of Emmental cheese and bake for 5 minutes


    將8串肉丸放置在一碟子中,每串撒上半片艾民頓芝士,烘烤五分鐘。


  • Step 4


    Serve the veal meatball skewers topped with the soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkled with sesame seeds and accompanied by chopped coriander and pickled ginger.


    肉丸可蘸醬汁食用。將醬油同芝麻油混合後,撒上芝麻碎末,並放入芫荽末、醃酸薑(壽司薑)。
