
Beef and Egg Burger

INGREDIENTS
600 g ground beef 600克碎牛肉
4 burger breads with poppy seed 4 個罌粟籽漢堡麵包
4 eggs 4隻雞蛋
4 slices of cheddar cheese 4片車打芝士
2 tbsp of Ketchup 2 湯匙茄汁
1 tbsp of oil 1 湯匙橄欖油

PREPARATION
Step 1
Cut the loaves in half and heat them for 5 minutes in the oven.

Mix the minced meat and ketchup, make 4 grounded steaks

Step 3
Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and cook the chopped steaks according to the desired degree of cooking, then season with salt and pepper.

Step 4
At the same time, heat another pan with the remaining oil and cook the eggs, salt and pepper them.

Step 5
Assemble the burgers: cover the base of the buns with the cheddar, place the grounded steaks, cover them with a fried egg and put the hats on.

Step 6
Serve the burgers accompanied by a salad and French fries.
